Robert H. Kleinschmidt majored in Psychology and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1979 from the University of Illinois. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1982 from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. He is dedicated to obtaining justice for people who have suffered serious injury or the death of a family member because of negligence. For over two decades, almost all of his cases have come from former clients or attorneys familiar with his track record of outstanding results.
Although Mr. Kleinschmidt has obtained outstanding results in serious injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents and dangerous products, most of his cases involve catastrophic injury or death caused by medical malpractice. During his 25 years of experience handling medical malpractice cases, he has been privileged to represent individuals, mothers, fathers and their children of every race or social standing throughout Arizona. Their lives have been devastated as a result of wrongful death, birth trauma, birth injury, injuries to children, brain and spinal injuries, surgical and anesthesia errors, doctor and nurse errors, hospital negligence or nursing home abuse.

He created new law in the State of Arizona and has several reported cases used in legal journals.
Mr. Kleinschmidt has a passion for helping disabled children. He served for several years on the Board of Gompers Rehabilitation Center, a rehabilitation center for seriously disabled children and adults, serving as Chairman of the Board for two years. He also served for several years on the Board of the Scottsdale YMCA and coached Little League and YMCA basketball for many years.
